Workshopping can be a great place to start when you need help or are at a crossroads but aren’t entirely sure where to begin. It’s a no-pressure, chew-the-fat kind of environment where we gather around an (often virtual) table and let the conversation flow.

It’s also easy for you as there’s no preparation needed - you simply turn up with an open mind and a willingness to look at things differently, and I do all the rest.

I typically start by asking a lot of questions (relax - these don’t require precise answers), which are generally enough to give me a handle on where your biggest challenges or opportunities lie. From there, it’s a fairly free-flow process as I dig a little deeper, honing in on the areas I believe will deliver the biggest results. Often, this leads to some kind of ‘aha’ moment that informs everything else we do. I generally look for ways to deliver some quick wins first, so you can get a sense of what’s possible, then provide a structured plan to move forward, with clear priorities and actions.

I’ve created three different workshops so you can easily identify the topics most relevant to your business, but they don’t follow a cookie-cutter format or output. The way I work with you is likely to be a little different from the process I facilitate with someone else.
